Baxter’s Chinese JV invests $43m in intravenous products
Baxter Qiaoguang Healthcare (Guangzhou) Co, a 50:50 joint venture between Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Co (000522.SZ) and US healthcare firm Baxter International (BAX.NYSE), said it will invest $43.33 million (RMB300 million) in the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone to produce world-class total parenteral nutrition (TPN) products, China Business News reported.
