China's Inflation Eases Further in Dec
China's inflation rose 4.1% in December from a year earlier, cooling for a fifth straight month and reaching a 15-month low, the National Bureau of Statistics said. The nation's consumer price index for 2011 jumped 5.4%, well above government targets. Food prices were up 9.1% year on year in December and 11.8% for 2011.

PPI Rises 1.7% in Dec
China's producer price index rose 1.7% in December from a year earlier and rose 6% for the whole of 2011 from 2010, the National Bureau of Statistics said.
