Converting "wealth" to better living

A report on the world's wealth released by the World Bank puts China's per-capita wealth at just 2% of the United States'. Chinese have an average of $9387, while Americans have $512,612, according to the World Bank's new measurement, which includes natural resources and personal skills as part of the calculations.
