China Vanke Co (SHE: 000002), the nation's largest property developer, said it sold 1.08 million m2 in floor space valued at ¥12.51 billion in September, up 12.5% and 19.4% respectively month on month and down 4.9% and 12% respectively year on year. During the first nine months of this year, it sold 8.41 million m2 in floor space valued at ¥97.08 billion, up 39.9% and 35.9% respectively from the same period a year ago.
Titan Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co, a manufacturer of towers used to generate wind power, said it had sealed a deal to offer $63.63 million worth of products to GE Generators (Pensacola) LLC, a wind power generator maker owned by General Electric Co (NYSE: GE). The amount is equivalent to 79.52% of Titan's revenue in 2010. Titan began shipping to GE Generators (Pensacola) in 2006.
China First Heavy Industries (SHA: 601106), a heavy machinery manufacturer, said it plans to raise ¥5 billion by issuing five-year corporate bonds to repay bank loans and replenish capital.
TCL Corp (SHE: 000100), a leading LCD TV maker, said it had received ¥50 million from the Shenzhen government to subsidize its 8.5 generation LCD panel project. The company's LCD TV sales rose 34.1% year on year to 1.32 million units in September.

Anhui Xinlong Electrical Co (SHE: 002298), an electric machine maker, said it plans to raise ¥530 million from a private placement to increase capacity.
